Payment & Refund Policies:
* Your reservation is confirmed when the funds are received and processed by Whistler Heli-Skiing.
* Your reservation confirmation, with your reservation number, will be forwarded to you.
Refund policy:
* If you cancel after 4:00 PM the evening before you fly, or on the morning of your intended flight, you will be charged $200.00 plus GST cancellation fee.
* During the Olympic Period the fee is 100% within 24hrs.
* If we cancel our day due to weather considerations, a full refund will be issued. If we cancel during the ski day, you will be refunded based on the amount of runs skied.
